Job Summary

Position: Stores Manager

Min. Qualification: DME / M.Com. + Diploma in Materials Mgmt. / Stores Mgmt. OR

Diploma in Industrial Purchase and Materials Management

Min. Experience: 8 - 10 Yrs. Of Experience in Engineering company preferably in sheet

metal industry.

Functional Description

• Relevant experience in handling stores of Medium / Large size

engineering company.

• Experience in handling team of 10+ persons.

• Knowledge of receipts / issue with physical involvement.

• Periodic Stock verification.

• Receipts and issue of material with proper documentation.

• Knowledge of preservation of material.

• Reconciliation of material sent for Job Work.

• Runs stores function smoothly & cleanly with proper time management.

• Provide various reports to management

• Awareness of 5 “S” activities.

Required Skills

 • Computer Literacy (MS Office) is Must.

• Exposure to ERP is MUST

• Familiar with ISO 9000:2015 standards & Procedures. (Must)
