We are in need of only immediate to 30 days of Notice period profiles


Skills Set:

  • Must have 8+ years of experience in Network administration with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Cisco Meraki Products.             
  • Must have Extensive Experience in Cisco Meraki solution (Designing, planning, implementing)
  • Must have Strong knowledge and experience in handling wireless networks.
  • Experience in integrating Cisco Meraki with existing infrastructure.
  • Experience in Cisco Switching, Routing and Wireless technology
  • Must have experience in Cisco ASA , Cisco Meraki Firewall, IPSEC VPN and other similar technologies.
  • Must have experience in preparing HLD and LLD architectural diagram for network
  • Experience in preparing detailed Project plan for implementation.
  • Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers
  • Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices and services
  • Hands on experience in Solarwinds monitoring tool - NPM , NCM and NTA.
  • Work experience with Cisco TAC.
  • Experience in Azure Networking
  • Must have Strong Knowledge and understanding of Change management and Problem           management.
  • Experience in ITSM tool -ServiceNow
  • Certification in Cisco Meraki is an added advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Designing system configuration; Defining, Documenting, and Enforcing system standards.
  • Maximizes network performance by monitoring; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with Client network architects on network optimization.
  • Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining, and monitoring access.
  • Reporting network operational status by gathering prioritizing information; managing projects
  • Monitor network usage anticipate problems and suggest solutions
  • Manage the team members in terms of availability, upskilling technical knowledge.
  • Participate in Major incident bridge to represent Network tower for P1 incidents and work on resolution
  • Preparing RCA for problem tickets.
  • Preparing RFC’s and participating in Change Advisor Board meeting to represent Network tower related Changes.
  • Collaborate with other infra towers in resolving customer issues.
