Responsibilities:
- 2-6 yrs of Techno-Functional hands on experience as a consultant or analyst working with Taleo.
- Should have Strong Talent and Recruitment domain business processes knowledge and concepts, must have TCC Knowledge with hands on, have additional Experience/ Knowledge on ORC(oracle Recruitment cloud) will have more preference , and should have BI Publisher/SQL/PLSQL Development Skills
- Good Understanding of Business Flows and processes
- Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving
- Knowledge in SQL, PLSQL, BI publisher, OTBI and Fast Formula would be preferred.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
