● Responds timely to requests and prompt delivery of requests within company procedural
guidelines to meet the merchandising SOP’s
● Manage and process various requests received by stakeholders and getting it processed
with coordinating with different teams
● Acknowledge stakeholders in a courteous, helpful and respectful manner; prompting and
politely responds to their inquiries and helping them
● Analyze sales figures, customers reactions, and market trends to anticipate product
needs and plan product ranges/stock
● Collaborate with Sales, marketing, and design teams to get the merchandising properties
live in the platform.
● Highlighting the areas of improvements in the process to the reporting manager
● Auditing properties which are made live if those are visible to end-user or not and
correcting/ensuring errors gets minimized
● Ensure frequent capacity building and orientation activities are done with executives and
other team members
