Job Description

Responsibilities - Own and ensure 100% satisfaction to the customer - Lead a team of Customer Success Champions who will interact with customers on phone, email and chats - Responsible for for the day-to-day tasks assigned to her apart from the routine ones - Responsible for resolving all customer queries across all communication channels by providing appropriate solutions based on Company provided guidelines - Responsible for updating templated customer communication from time to time - Responsible for conducting Knowledge Transfer for the customer service team as per requirement or due to process change. - Responsible for coordinating with the product team and arranging product training sessions for her team to keep them up to date on the products - Responsible for carrying out QC of communication done by team members from time to time - Responsible for escalating shipment related issues with Logistics Partners’ Team - Responsible for coordinating with clients for Bulk order (s) as per their requirements and budget and processing the same through internal teams  Qualification:- 1. Min 5 years of experience in customer support domain 2. You thrive in a fast paced work environment and handle ambiguity well. Ability to lead a team with minimal support is critical. 3. You are a team player with a collaborative approach to decision making. 4. You can prioritize, resolve conflicts and stakeholder management 5. Fluency in Hindi and English 6. You love food and are eager to be part of a fast-paced journey
