1) Brand Custodian – Define, maintain and enforce the company brand standards across content,
campaigns, collaborations etc

2) Brand Plan Development - Develop a plan that achieves company targets. This will include, but
is not limited to, advertising, program/promotions, and research. Must be able to work
collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.
3) Social Media – Conceptualise content strategy, drive content creation, campaign execution and
campaign analysis.
4) New product development support – Utilize consumer-driven insights to drive long-term
growth of the brands. Translates insights into profitable product innovations. Develops selling
proposition and sufficient launch support plans to retail.
5) Market Analysis - Provide consumption-based data analysis for the brand. Provide insight and
support to the enterprise to understand better market trends and dynamics. Also, identify
opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs.
6) Sales Support – Provide the sales organization with branding material and presentation
materials for retailer presentations using category management best practices.
7) Collaborations – Be innovative to craft collaboration ideas with other brands, seek out other
brand participation and then manage execution of brand collaboration ideas
8) Content Management and creation for content across various consumer touch points:
o Copy repository of existing content and creating a bank of researched information for all
products.
o Brand content for Retail /events/ institutions
o Digital campaigns/social media/e-mailers/launches including & not limited to the
following:
Manage digital performance marketing channels for content & publishing
including: Paid Search, Affiliate marketing, Performance display (remarketing,
prospecting), Paid social (Facebook, IG, etc.), Email Marketing, Search Engine
Optimization for all collaborations with the online sales channel partners.
o Manage 3rd party partners, vendors and agencies (i.e. search, affiliate, display vendors,
Google, Bing, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams
