Manage New Hire Soft Skills training at Swiggy and our partners
Track the performance and implement sessions to drive performance
Build a culture of learning
Manage reporting of all the activities
Conduct calibrations
Maintain the content as and when required
Drive CSAT and performance through soft skills sessions
Set up the SOPs and strategies
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English Language Skills
Proven work experience with managing Soft Skills team (2-5 years)
Vendor management
Ability to communicate and train effectively
Identifying the training needs
Sharp eye for detail
Confident and able to challenge the status quo
Ability to meet deadlines and has efficient time management
