Typical Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement the business development and marketing strategy for the business
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets; growth areas trends, Customers, partnerships, Product and services -including existing customers. Meet regularly with the Management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deal in line with strategies
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales process, structure and best practices across the company.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers / Clients.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and activities locally and internationally online and in person
  • Implement, develop and align the social media of the company with the marketing strategy.
  • Manage a team of internal content creators and external contractors to create marketable media.




Technical Proficiencies:

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to deliver excellent presentation
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting



Education & Experience:

  • MBA / Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of Business Development and Marketing experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
