PSR customer claim handling-Claim from OE dealer ( 1st Priority) & Claim from consumer (Critical case only)

Claim Application Expansion. 

Sales support- OEM Dealer &OEM Service campaign.

Technical training- Training to OEM Dealers., Training to BSID PSR Sales, Training to select dealer. 

Technical support

  1. Performance validation for existing products – as per IIP
  2. Technical support for new product development – as per IIP

2. KPI; Key Performance Indicator 

  1. PSR customer claim handling
  2. Number of days to close
  3. Claim Application Expansion
  4. Sales support
  5. Campaign Support in Technical way.
