Roles & Responsibilities
Achievement of monthly targets.
• Hiring and retaining talent as per manpower budgets and mentoring them to achieve consistent growth in performance.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for lead generation and sales closure
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer delight through timely installation and commissioning of projects
• Competition benchmarking and keeping company informed about emerging market trends
• Constantly evaluate and improve efficiency of day-to-day operations, processes, people, and procedures to ensure quality, speed, safety and value creation
• Channel Sales Management exposure and effectively optimize the channels
• Be responsible for supporting and maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and customer / project focus across functional areas
• Addressing leads that comes to CRM/ERP platform within due time span, Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the sales team
• Be entirely responsible for the entire sales process starting from lead generation till converting a lead to prospective customers.
