Job Specific Comments:
| Ø Communicate with stakeholders to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals Ø Expertise in full life-cycle recruitment process including gathering requirements, posting the requisition/ Job posting, sourcing, pre-screening candidates, negotiating contracts and compensation, presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, following-up, checking references and background checks/BGV/BGC, managing on-boarding process and time sheets follow-ups. Ø Extensive experience in effectively working with leadership teams, hiring managers, 3rd party vendors/agencies and employees to accomplish objectives. Ø Hands-On experience with high volume hiring with a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability. Ø Well versed in adapting cost-effective recruitment techniques based on the position at hand, ranging from job boards/ “job portals” to “head hunting” to “referrals” to “making best use of internet”. Ø Implementing successfully hiring models for various customers by evaluating the recruitment & sourcing approaches frequently and brought significant changes to improve the efficiency of the entire process
