We have a vacancy for the position of General Manager – HSE
Job Location : Mumbai
Education : Full time B.E/B Tech in Engineering with minimum 20 years’ experience or BSc. Engineering (4 years full time) with minimum 20 years’ experience, or Full time Diploma in Engineering with minimum 25 years experience. Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Industrial Safety is compulsory.
Functional Competencies: Risk Assessment tools ► Knowledge of HAZOP, QRA, and Incident Investigation Tool ► Knowledge of PNGRB T4S standards ► Knowledge of HSE Management systems ► Knowledge of Directorate Of Industrial Safety Health (DISH ) , Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB)
Must Have: Experience in HSE domain. (experience in Oil & Gas / CGD business will be preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Development of HSE Department Plan and budget :
► Develop HSE strategic direction and contribute towards development of organizational
business plan for achievement of the same
► Design and develop annual and six monthly plans for training interventions relevant to safety
compliance
► Design and develop procedures for Emergency Response and Disaster Management Plan
(ERDMP) as per PNGRB norms
► Support Head finance department in preparation of annual budgeting exercise by development
of departmental budget
2) Define HSE Guidelines :
► Responsible for developing HSE standards and metrics basis on which audits need to be
undertaken
► Establish Corporate HSE guidelines to various levels within the company
