Job Summary

Will be responsible for the sales target for the region • Set Sales targets for the region • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve target sales • Make monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans • Evaluate the performance and make course corrections as required • Negotiate and close orders with customers • Responsible for End To End process of sales from generation of enquiry to collection of final payment. • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts • Coordinate with Project Engineering to ensure effective solutions to customers

 

Should be a Graduate Mechanical Engineer from a reputed institute • Age: Around 35 years • Total experience of around 8 to 10 years out of which at least around 3 years in concept selling • Proficiency in using office tools such as MS Office (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) • Ability to read, understand and interpret Engineering drawings • Ability to handle preliminary technical discussions • Strong communication and team management skills • Must possess excellent negotiation skill
