Educational Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA
Technical Qualification: MS-Office, MS-Outlook
Experience: 8 to 10 years of work experience with minimum 60% of experience in FMCG sales (General Trade)

Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of their team leaders .leaders
● targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the team leaders employees may have
● Day to day Client Interactions and share operational feedbacks.
● Handling Entire Employee Life cycle for entire region.
● Ensure 100% Manning and keep Attrition within specified limits.
● Promote culture of growth and engagement within the team.
● Constant monitoring by the manager helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
● Leading the recruitment for new members of your teams in conjunction with other members of the
business as required
● Ensuring your operational team(s) is resourced appropriately and trained to the required standard
● Role modelling a client focussed culture within the operations team and throughout the entire business
