General:
We are looking for an experienced supervisor. Please only apply if you have had more than 3 years supervising more than 20 people. This job would be ideal for an English teacher looking for a change of career. Whist we work in the fashion industry, prior experience in this field is not necessary. Good communication skills are essential and this is what the interview will be based on.

Salary Range: 30,000 to 70,000 per month

Essential Requirements:
- Female Candidate (Preference is given to mothers or candidates in their 30s or 40s)
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English-speaking skills
- Must be able to use Excel.
- Zoom and WhatsApp must be installed on the laptop.
- Ride Two-wheeler.
- Modern Laptop with very good Wifi connection
- Excellent attention to detail
- More than 3 year's experience as a supervisor.
Job Description:
- Quality checking of garments.
- Holding knitters accountable.
- Travel to each hub using your own bike is necessary to do this job.
- Full training will be given.
- Check garments are the same style exactly.
- Translate customer feedback to knitters, QLs and quality team
- Develop a rapport with the knitters, and the QLs
Timing: 8.45 am to 5 pm.
Monday to Saturday
Salary: For the first 3 months will be training. After this, depending on skills salary will be between 30,000 to 70,000. Salary will be based on exceptional results produced.
