Strategy Design Support
Assist experts in route selection and cost analysis by performing literature search and sourcing of KSM to support the product development strategy - Assist full kit document by gathering ground work details under guidance from expert
Purification Process & Optimization/ Product Development
"Execute experiments, guide teams and interact with functional experts (Chemistry, Process, Analytical and other functions) where required for effective design and execution of experiments, collection and interpretation of data to ensure quality and compliance - Analyze data and provide inputs on interpretation to experts using relevant statistical methodologies
Scale up & Validation
Actively participate in tech transfer, provide plant support in scale up and monitor progress of plant performance as compared to lab performance, for the given project.- Address issues in batch failures, reprocessing, rework as well as support generation of deviation reports and plant investigations, as a part of cross-functional teams - Accomplish documentation of experiments, compile reports and maintain lab records & related information as per defined procedures.
Regulatory Support
"Integrate all inputs from functional experts and finalize regulatory documents for submission to RA - Support work towards DMF filing and addressing regulatory queries related to PR&D
Research/ Intellectual Capital Development & Publication
"Make scientific publications, public presentations, research papers in reputed journals/ national & international forums, educational institutions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience : M Sc/M Tech Biotech, Biochemistry. Chem Engg with 6 years industrial experience
Knowledge :
Downstream Process for Proteins and peptides. Design & develop of purification techniques such as chromatography(especially reverse phase, ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, gel filtration) for manufacturing synthetic, & complex molecules. Development & optimisation of the downstream operations such as membrane separation, and lyophilisation of peptides and Selective enzymatic cutting of Recombinant proteins and Isolation by Precipitation techniques. Preparation of technology development report for Recombinant proteins and peptides. Knowledge in handling all chrmoatographic instruments, TFF, analytical HPLC and Lyophilisers.
