Role Objective
Provide support to JLR Dealers in the US while working on US time (not India time).
Principal Accountabilities
Manage all ;
Liaise with Retailers to provide information for parts which are not
available in the warehouse.
Coordinate with UK team for tracking parts scheduled for the US
warehouse
Coordinate with the UK teams to get parts inspected if received
faulty at Warehouse or Dealer end.
Track down critical consignments and intimate JLR personnel
Special parts which are made to order for customer specific vehicle
needs to be highlighted and tracked till it reaches the dealership.
Investigate and process orders for parts which are blocked by JLR
and can be released only if conditions satisfy.
Maintain the dealer master account data and amend as and when
required
To keep a track of claims from dealer end and every claim to be
investigated thoroughly and processed.
One point contact for JLR US to answer any queries.
Education / Qualification
Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 01 yrs experience in Customer Service profile with OEM or Service Dealers of Passenger Car cos in India ( e.g. Maruti, Hyundai, Toyota, Honda)
Knowledge and skill set
Language competency, should be fluent in speaking English,
SAP knowledge is a must
Internet, MS Office, MS Excel
