About the HR Internship:
CIEL HR is giving the internship opportunity in Human Resources for the academic year 2021 - 2022. At CIEL, the Intern will get adequate practical exposure in ATS enabled Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Analytics, Modern age Pre & Post Recruitment Activities, & HRMS.
CIEL always uses technology to simplify the HR Process. We are using high performing AI-based ATS & Chatbots in the screening process.
Nature of Learning:
- Understanding open requirements/positions with the help of Senior Recruiters
- Creating the Job Content & Descriptions
- Sourcing & Screening the candidates through the various source of incoming Job Applications as per the CIEL Standard Operating Process (SOP) with the help of ATS.
- Prepare and Validate the Assessment Insight reports through the CIEL Recruitment Tools
- Interview Arrangements and Coordinations
- Pre & Post interview coordinations with the Job Applicants
- Onboarding Followups & Inductions
Device Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with a good processor
- Should have good broadband & internet connection
- Should have good work from home environment (If have separate study room / personal room is well & good)
- Should have a good smartphone.
