Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle Daily sales report and monthly sales report.
- Maintaining the records of creditors and debtors.
- Filing GST, TDS, PF and ESI.
- Preparation of Statutory Compliances.
- Bank Reconciliations and settlement of accounts.
- Budgeting & Control
- Preparing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, financial forecast.
- Manage Petty Cash & Office stationery
- Vendor management and service contracts
- Finalization of monthly financial statements.
- Prepare Cost benefit Analysis & Funds flow management.
- Negotiation with suppliers for better price and norms.
- Cost control; Month wise MIS- report Preparation.
- Strong working knowledge in Tally ERP
- Coordinating with the Government Officials regarding renewal of Licenseâs
