We are looking to hire a young and energetic operation manager having good command and communication skills and experience in food court activities for the famous resort in Pondicherry. We prefer the applicants who meet the below criteria and immediate joiners.

1. Handling the entire food court of the resort and suggesting ways to improve it.
2. Control operational costs of the food court and identify measures to cut food waste
3. Initiating the Business Promotions through market research, digital marketing and local advertising
4. Space Selling for new outlet openings, food festivals, campaigns, parties, indoor and outdoor events.
5. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future Food Court operations.
6. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices as per company policy.
7. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety policies as per the govt regulations
8. Making & Maintaining Corporate Relationships and Business Tie-ups
9. Plan and work to budgets, maximise profits and achieve sales targets of the food court and resort.
10. Maintain the high cleanliness and hygiene of the resort.
11. Organizing and Executing Events in the best possible way within the planned schedule.
12. Good negotiation skills in vendor management
13. Manage and monitors day to day activities of food court cashiers
14. Meet, greet and interact with all business associates and shoppers providing assistance, collecting feedback and submitting to management
15. Conducting weekend live game shows, celebrity social awareness functions.
