Job Summary
  • Responsible for implementing and managing the auditing and compliance programs.
  • Work on Governance Enforcement on OTC ( Order to cash ) process and Commercial Policy. Design strong tracking mechanism to ensure compliance. Maintaining MIS for each CU ( commercial unit )
  • Work with CSR team on controls documentation, review, testing and remediation 
  • Perform check / reviews as per the audit methodology , Prepare observations report and submit to CSR leaders. 
  • Identify gaps through continuous monitoring of manual controls/review of processes/input from commercial units.
  • Prepare the control matrix as per Internal audit requirement.
  • Conducting training programs for CSR and commercial team to address the specific training and development needs to fill the compliance gaps.
  • Responsible for continuous review of compliance and control guidelines to evaluate and meeting the need of changing business environment.
  • Responsible for review, approval and implementation and verification of Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
  • Ensure Internal quality audit and Regulatory commitments are closed out in accordance with agreed timelines and appropriately address the deficiencies.


  • You are expected to have below mentioned skills:
  • Good understanding of risks and controls for Business Processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • Strong written and oral communication skill
  • Proficiency in MS office tools – Excel, Power point
  • Good analytical thinking / ability to take decisions
  • Able to work with various regions and understand regional nuisances
  • Training of CSR and commercial teams
