Job Summary
  • Visit kitchens/pods based on preventive maintenance schedules given by the manager and execute the same.
  • Ensure all the documented processes are followed for servicing any equipment.
  • Ensure all breakdown calls from allotted kitchens are attended within stipulated time and the problems attended to.
  • Ensure kitchen visit checklist is updated after each visit to the kitchen for preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Update kitchen wise break down history of all utilities and cost spent.
  • Ensure approved spares are only used and the problem carefully checked before spending any money.
  • Regularly update the maintenance manager with regards to equipment and utilities performance and highlight concerns if any.
  • Periodically upgrade own skills on maintenance process and techniques.
  • Brief the kitchen team on handling of equipment from time to time to ensure longevity of equipment.

Required experience and skills 

  •  Education Qualification: ITI/ Diploma in Electrical engineering 
  • Experience: Minimum -3-6 years of experience in the maintenance in QSR/Retail industry .
  • Experience in Maintenance
  • Latest trends in Maintenance e.g. sensor-based power management
maintenance, preventive maintenance, kitchen equipment, oven, chiller, AC, air conditioner, refrigerator
