Job Description – Order Management Specialist
Primary Function:
- Expertise in SAP Order Management Transactions& Documentation
- Understanding of Order Management process and involve in resolving issues
Brief Job Description:
- Understands the order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it.
- Process standard and some complex sales orders requiring deep process and system knowledge, escalates issues as required
- Develops expertise to undertake transactional process steps in assigned process specialist roles.
- Help facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.
- Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers
- Process customer order with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy while taking accountability for the transactions.
- Participates in team development activities including on the job trainings.
- Supports implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Qualification, Experience &Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce or Science)
- 4-10 years of work experience in Domestic & International Order Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good Commercial & SAP knowledgein OTC module
- MS Skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients, consumers and coworkers in a diverse culture.
- Strong desire and passion to help people
