Job Summary

Budgeted revenue generation through the business vertical Retail & Distributor Business in the assigned territory/State 


Duties & Responsibilities 


  • Responsible for managing a team of TSI/TSR of a state/ states
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets both primary & secondary in a given state 
  • Responsible for increasing distribution in the state by outlet expansion and geographical expansion 
  • Responsible to  Implement sales promotion activities in the state through the sales team
  • Responsible for evaluation and appointment of distributors in the state with the help of Sales Team as and when required for business needs
  • Enlistment of company's products in all outlets (MT, Retail Trade, GT) 
  • Responsible for pack wise penetration in the given geographical state for all skus as per company policy
  • Identify new areas of development in the given state
  • Keep management updated on the competatitor activity and take measures to protect volumes & market shares
  • Work with team in the field and to give on the job training for the team members and also to improve distributor's performance
  • Act as a liaison with Production; Logistics; Accounts to resolve problems faced in the field
  • Conduct monthly meeting with Sales team for performance analysis
  • Resolving consumer complaints
