Roles and Responsibility:
- Must have at least 4+ years of experience in End to End Technical Recruitment for US IT.
- Strong Direct and Passive Sourcing experience.
- Must have Hands-on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies in US Staffing.
- Knowledge in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
- Experience working with Applicant tracking tools (ATS) LikeJob Diva.
- Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn, TextUs, Sixth Sense (Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder).
- Able to play an Individual Contributor role.
