Designation: Master Trainer
Job Description:
- Understand the training modules in detail and help execute them on ground at scale
- Lead a team of trainers to conduct on ground training with teachers and Anganwadi workers
- Train your team of trainer
- Execute training programs as per business need and defined process.
- Develop a solid execution plan to conduct a seamless training
- Responsible for delivering impact in training
- Keep the relevant stakeholders updated on the progress
- Maintaining 100% accuracy in the training records and analysis. All program records to be updated completion of training
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in conducting large scale teacher training in Education
Ability to work with challenges and manage onground situations
Education: Graduate
Gender: Male / Female
Working Days: 6 days
