Job Summary

JD: Curriculum Developer - ECCE 
1. Understand the Square Panda Training Programmes and how it can be best 
utilized in classroom learning 
2. Thorough knowledge of the Documents prescribed by the govt. bodies as it 
applies to early childhood education for teachers and students 
3. Should be able to Research and analyse resources to refine and standardise the 
training program 
4. Proactively take initiative and come up with various idea to create interactive 
training modules 
5. Train the trainers to execute the teacher training 
6. Assess and discuss curriculum standards followed by different countries and 
boards 

Desirable Qualifications 
1. The candidate should have a strong command on spoken and written English. 
2. Expertise in the subject matter 
3. Robust knowledge of the most recent relevant policies, regulations, theories and 
practices 

Educational Qualifications: 
 Bachelor's degree and master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in 
Primary grade extensive teaching. 
 Thorough understanding of school curriculum for the public/ private sector.
