What we are looking for:-
Academic Qualifications, Certifications and Attributes:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related disciplines.
2. At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams, preferably as certified
Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate
3. You have a solid knowledge in Microsoft infrastructure topics, Microsoft Cloud Services, AudioCodes
solutions and Conferencing Devices
4. Excellent customer and service orientation approach to handle the technical problems.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Problem solving and analytical approach.
7. Should have a high level of self-initiative attitude and drive to get things done within SLA and quality.
8. Must be willing to work in rotational shift environment (AMER/APAC/EMEA).
9. Willing to travel internationally up to 10 percent as when required.
Required Technical Skills:-
1. Practical experience in Microsoft environments (MCP, MCSE, MCTS) with focus on Messaging &
Communication
2. Experience in other Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365.
3. Expertise and in-depth experience in Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
4. Good experience in AudioCodes technologies (SBCs, OVOC) and the area of PSTN connections.
5. Microsoft Certified Solution Expert Communication or Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate
certification.
6. AudioCodes Certified Associate certification is an advantage.
