Hiring Asst.Sales Manager for Vadodara Location


Qualification-B.Pharm/BE Mechanical 


Experience:3-7 Years (Preferable from lab equipments manufacturing domain)


Job Description:


  • Sales Forecasting, Planning & Achievement of volumes and market share as per business plan in the defined territory. 
  • Knowledge of High Value Project Sales would be an added advantage 
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Developing & Executing Sales Strategy – Obtain & study market trends, segment wise analysis, competitor activities. 
  • Achieve monthly/yearly sales targets & receivables 
  • KAM Sales – Establishing and nurturing relationship with some big key accounts of the company in order to increase market share in their fleet. 
  • Dealer Engagement. Suggest measures for improvement sales, forecasting planning and achievement.
  • Organising and taking part in promotional activities like Flexi Days, In House Seminars at Architect/ Consultant/ Client place.
  • Continuous tab on the competitor activities in the market
