1. Section I: Role Specification 
Job Title: SME Trainer Technology – Training 
Division: Learning & Development at University / Engineering and Colleges. 
Location: University/Institution location – (Currently hiring for a University at Ahmedabad) 
Location & Employment: On the payrolls of our client.
Interview & Selection: 1 round of interview after a preliminary discussion on Con-call with our client designated. 
Project deployment Area applicable: All India responsibilities basis customer location. 
Delivery Mode: In person. (Online or digital delivery only in case of University or college being closed due to pandemic). 
Role: 
To deliver sessions and conduct technology sessions for all  designated customers through close liaison with IBM, the University/Institution, SPOC and university officials 
in a centralised way with weekly reporting and managing the entire technology class delivery with strong interpersonal skill and people management. To ensure good and positive feedback of 
the delivery which includes theoretical class, practical sessions, viva, examination and doubt solving sessions practical thinking and alignment with the entire team for the delivery. The 
company will make lots of learning investment on the candidate to keep him a certified SME trainer which is a prerequisite of the delivery program.

and solving it. 
To be a subject matter expert and use the 
experience and knowledge to ensure successful 
class delivery with documented roadmap and class 
lesson plan. 
Deployment on any of the cloud will be a big Plus.
