 ï¶ Designation: Branch Manager

 ï¶ Education Qualification : BE/B.tech – Elect/EC/PE/IC from any reputed university & MBA- Marketing – Preferred.  Experience : 10 to 15 yrs  Minium 8 to 15 years in field of Sales.  2 to 5 years experience of handling the team of 5 to 10 persons.  Direct working experience/awareness about the industries.  Ready to travel extensively across north India.  Well presentable / having sales skills.  Good knowledge of market, application, customers, consultants, OEM, EPC, projects of respective verticals. 

 Job Description: -  Getting Targeted Sales from respective area with appropriate product mix and material cost benchmark.  Collection as per plan and ensuring zero bad debts  Generating new Targeted customer for our product and service.  Retaining existing customers, dealing with them on day to day basis and solving their problems.  Delegating the work to the branch office engineers and support staff, monitoring their performance, and getting the things done.  Coordinating with HO for contract review, tenders, dispatch, payment collection, sales customer complaints and providing the solutions.  Helping the other Branch Managers/ product Managers to develop the business/ to solve the problem as and when required by them.  Generating the service business and achieving the targeted Revenue.  Scanning the market environment, competitors, their strategies and tactics, new products and technology trends and providing the information to HO.  Suggesting the emerging market and opportunities for new product/ services to utilize the strength of Amtech for new product and market development.  Cost control-running the operations within the budget and at minimum cost without effecting efficiency and effectiveness.  Building and enhancing corporate brand image of the company by assuring good experience to the customer, helping in advertisement, exhibition, newsletter list and up-gradation, arranging and delivering seminars/presentations etc.  Helping the management in evaluation and appraisal of the subordinates, their training and retention.  Reporting to HO regularly as per requirement.  Implementing and maintaining policies/systems and discipline by himself and subordinates.  Identifying the training requirements of their sub-ordinates and getting them trained through training Manager in house and outside.  Managing the information/ documentation in order and up to date and sharing the same with required executives/ departments.  Providing feedback and suggestions to the HO.  To carry out any specific task in time assigned by the superior.  Completing the important and urgent jobs on the same day without any working day time limitation.
