Job Description:
- Identify and explore new markets and tap profitable business opportunities
- Responsible for Dealer / Sub-Dealers network, expanding the present network of the dealers and distributors, relation management with dealers.
- Increasing sales in market by appointing new dealers
- Effective usage of Trinetra App system
- Identifying potential dealers
- Meeting project customers, institutional sales, working with builders time to time.
- Maintaining credibility with existing customers & creating new one. A strong focus on their continuous development
- Responsible for collections of payments from dealers
- Implementing promotion activities.
- Understanding the customer requirement & provided customized products, through effective production planning & liaison with manufacturing.
- Developing long-term relationships with customers, through providing lasting & customized solutions.
- Creating Awareness to customers on product usage and developed a problem-solving approach, instilling confidence in the customers.
- Providing Technical assistance to end users on usage of products.
- Dealing with dealers claims, problems & effectively handling complaints & related problems
- Making DSR (Daily Sales Report).
- Timely supply of the product.
- Making MIS report.
- Good Revenue collection as per targets.
