Job Summary

Responsible for executing HRD functional and transactional activities. Manage the internal stakeholders and employees of the respective centers thereby delivering high quality HRM services.

TA OPERATIONS

  • Manpower Planning: Active participation and provide inputs when required.
  • Ensure timely closures of all open positions as per prescribed TAT including new school hiring: .Ensure team delivers on its goals- TAT, agency contribution, etc to be kept within target defined for Center TAs 2. Closely track the progress by way of weekly, monthly reviews 3. Flagging critical deviations and taking immediate corrective action. 
    Individual Contribution: Manager level mandates in School / Zone
  • Walkin & campus drives for teacher recruitment: Efficiently plan, strategize and execute recruitment drives across all schools as per the requirement
  • Team workload efficiency: Manage team workload (workload balancing)across centers and Vertex as per the criticality & volume
  • Succession Planning- Mentor and groom potential team members to take on enhanced responsibilities: Provide direction and guidance to the team members towards the achievement of team goals. Identify from within the team and groom potential star performers as successors for self and others. Maintaining a back up roster for the team to ensure zero disruptions.
  • Performance efficiency: In addition to regular team oversight, ensure optimised database management, pipelne building, market mapping, additional efforts, critical hirings, etc
  • Demand Forecast: Sustained and regular engagement with the business (both schools & subsidiaries) with a view to gaining real time visibility to demand forecast (growth nos, additional work acquisition, etc) and optimizing the team and strategizing for timely delivery of quality talent.  Educating the business on the current market landscape to optimize their talent acqusition plans. 

PROCESS DOCUMENTATION & REPORT

  • SConduct quarterly audits in all schools in Cluster and present report.
  • Reports - Ensure timely submission of error free MRF, BGV-PVC, Workload sheets & Manpower requirement trackers
  • Ensuring and driving Employee Personnel Files are being maintained as per Joining checklist
  • Department-wise files to be maintained (soft and hard) for shortlisted and rejected candidates
  • Recruitment Partner Contract: Preparation, Maintainance & renewal of the document
  • Contract: Freelance / Drivers / Mechanics / Part timers, etc.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Provide guidance to team members assigned to conduct training on recruitment and selection, TA process adherance ( compliance), competiton benchmarking, ERP implementation.

A DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

  • Participate in Project related to ERP, Manual development: Provide inputs & suggestion for modifications, design and customization.
  • Database Management / Application tracking system: Understand & Implementation across centers falling within the concerned cluster.
