Academic Excellence Manager (AEM) play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission â they directly work with teachers and schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes.
A day in the life of an AEM:
â Be energized and passionate about delivering excellent student outcomes at schools.
â Support and monitor School academic system execution in partner schools.
â Visit schools at regular intervals to train teachers, observe classrooms and ensure execution of the program.
â Analyze student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.
â Manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with large and diverse teams in the small towns.
The Experience we would like you to have?
3-5 years of overall experience, middle to high school teaching experience preferable.
TFI Fellowship: 2 years of fellowship and 1-2 years of post-fellowship OR Other Fellowships: 1-2 years of fellowship and 2-3 years of post-fellowship OR
Other Organizations: 2 years of teaching experience and 3 years in an academic support role OR
Teacher/Academic Coordinator/Principal: 5+ years of teaching experience and 2+ years of managing teams.
