Designation: Area Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Primary and secondary target achievement
  • Monthly Sales planning and forecasting
  • Evaluating distributors’ ROI
  • Distributor performance identification, tracking and maintaining
  • Managing and increasing coverage
  • Channel Management
  • Cost Management
  • Month wise business forecasting
  • Bench-marking previous year’s data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan
  • Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
  • Allocate manpower in different areas depending on the individual capabilities
  • Set KRA’s for TSOs
  • Mentor and motivate team members ensuring sales, business generation and achieving budgeted figures
  • Training TSO’s’s to develop requisite skills and  guiding poor performers
  • Conducting training on products, lead prospecting and closing skills
  • Handling entire Maharashtra location.
