Job Summary
  • Account planning and understand customer business and requirement.
  • To establish relationship with Strategic Accounts and retention of existing account. 
  • Activities involved understanding customer requirement and ensuring the maximum satisfaction of customers by proposing optimized solutions.
  • Maintain monthly/quarterly sales forecast and pipeline.
  • Coordinates with all stake holders to maintain report of delivery, support, service, and payment in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations.
  • Understand and work account planning process to develop performance objectives, targets, and breakthrough.
  • Prospect Business Opportunities from New & Existing Clients in the Key Corporate Client Base Focusing on the It Infrastructure.
  • Developing New Business through Broad Professional Networking, Creating Business Leads in B2b by Cold calls, capitalizing on External & Internal Leads.
  • Developing Constructive & Cooperative Working Rapport with Clients & Adding Value to these Business Relationships.
  • Research, Gain & Share Deep Insights of Prospective Clients & Formulate Business Strategies, Design Solutions & Product Offerings to Utilize Opportunities.
  • Will Determine the Correct Sizing & Scoping of the Infrastructure.
