Job Summary
  • Ensure 100% Manning & Feet On Street.
  • Floater management. Ensuring 100% manning in case of unplanned & emergency leave of associates. Monitoring sales performance of the Floaters.   
  • Conduct daily briefing. Follow up on Day wise target v/s achievement.
  • Control Attrition-By TL/ Associate connect & ground level inspiration- motivation.                       
  • Call Cycle Adherence- Follow System call cycle. Adhering to the 100% task completion. 6 calls & 6 calls per day.
  •   Daily /TDP /MOC reporting- Marking SSR, Task Related to E2E, TDP & MOC report preparation, Competition update , New lunches & Visibility update (if any).
  • Manage all aspects of counter health. Regular check on Offtake performance of the store, ROI positive and Footfall check of store and classification. Validation of Store POS information. (Wherever Possible).
  • Resolution of every single operational issue looked by the group. Shorting on ground level actives-Coordinate with store Management/MTAS.
  • Trade administration -Build association with customer/client. General association with store administration and Key account group to enhance work execution.
  • Maintaining Laundry Experts Grooming Standers by strict check through online photographs & during is the market visit to maintain the high-quality standard.
  • Coordination with HUL sales & store team for the stock availability of the Counter.
  • Take corrective action on non-performing stores. Identifying replacement stores and
  • Ensure the Laundry Experts achieve their Daily/TDP wise & Monthly Missed call target, Sampling& focus pack targets.
  • Do random CCS & Stock audits.                     
  • Recruitment- Identify & shortlisting of candidates, Coordinate with Manpower on enrolment and documentation, coordinating with FM for onboarding.
  • TL /Associate Connect- Personalizes training on an enhancement of retail basics, selling skills, regime building, and soft skills.
  • OJT -On Job Training for all the associate who Team Leader is contacting in Call Cycle.
